Speed & agility, and strength & conditioning are the cornerstones of our athletic training.  Our team of trainers are experienced and credentialed experts in the areas of sports training, fitness, and nutrition.



The goal of P.U.S.H is to elevate the athletic abilities of young athletes throughout Northern New England. We serve any youth – male or female – who aspires to play Jr. Varsity, Varsity sports, or aspires to play Division 1-3 collegiate sports. Above and beyond this, we provide them with educational and leadership enrichment, and require them to take part in and community initiatives that help them become well-rounded individuals.
