Tim McCall, the owner of TIM FIT, is passionate about fitness, purpose, and coaching. His desire is to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through proper calisthenics as well as cardiovascular and resistance exercises. Tim has an extensive background in the fitness industry. With 8 years of experience, Tim has worked with diverse populations and has training in club sports, organizing small group and individual workout programs as well as designing healthy nutrition plans. He is a hands-on personal trainer who supports, motivates, and encourages clients every step of the way.
At TIM FIT, each client is pushed to exceed their perceived limits with workouts that evolve as their body transforms. TIM FIT consists mostly of one-on-one training by appointment only. Each workout program is a one-hour session uniquely designed for each client. The training sessions are safe, effective and fun so that clients remain engaged and stimulated.
